CityLoops

Mikkeli Development Miksei Ltd and Southeastern Finland University of Applied Sciences are participating European joint project “Cityloops – closing the loop for urban material flows”. Together with six European cities we aim to demonstrate a series of innovative tools and introduce new urban planning approaches.

We are a lead partner in Finnish-Russian project “Business in Biotechnology and Circular Economy”. Together with XAMK University of Applied Sciences, ITMO University and the Association for Environmental Partnership (AsEP), we aim to improve interaction in the fields of biotechnology and circular economy.

Mikkeli Development Miksei Ltd actively participates in international projects, programmes and selected networks within our focus areas.

We have both European and internationals partners in our network promoting the growth and internationalisation of businesses with a particular focus on water treatment and circular economy. We manage the ECCP registered Blue Economy Mikkeli (BEM) cluster.

We are actively looking for partners within interregional cooperation and EU Commission programmes as Horizon Europe, Interreg Central Baltic, NPA and BSR.

Our services are available to reach out to potential Finnish companies, educational institutions, public research facilities, and government agencies and institutions. Our track record consists of dozens of already finished projects with references available.
